Coming to Amazon Prime as a series on October 15th, 2021!

Four teens fight to outsmart a killer who intends to avenge a young boy's death in this suspenseful thriller that inspired the classic horror film.
After a party, four teens are in a hit-and-run accident that results in a young boy's death. Unable to deal with the consequences, they leave the body behind, and make an anonymous phone call to the police, tipping them off. The group makes a secret pact to bury the memory of that night and never speak of it again, but when one of the girls receives a note that reads "I know what you did last summer," their dark lie is unearthed. With twists and turns at every corner, they'll have to fight to stay steps ahead of a killer determined to make them pay.

  • Far more terrifying than the movie!

I Know What You Did Last Summer is the first of eight books I’ve read by Lois Duncan and it, in no way, disappointed!!! I bought the book to read because I had already seen the movie and I loved it! The book is so much better—and so different! I read the paperback and I’m glad I bought it years before Lois Duncan updated some of her books for the modern age, tossing cell phones into the books that had previously never featured one. I don’t read ebooks because I prefer actual paperback books, but I recommend this classic shocker to anyone who enjoys YA mysteries from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, as this book was written way back in 1973! Bravo, Ms. Duncan! Bravo!!!👏

Wasn’t the most intriguing. Watched the movie years ago, so I was excited to see this on the shelf’s. Needless to say I was disappointed. It was in no way like the horror classic and all the action happened in the last 15 pages. This made for a rushed ending, and a predictable one at that.

This is a pretty entertaining whodunit aimed at teens. I think I watched the movie, but I couldn't remember exactly who turned out being the one so I don't know if the book is different. It isn't difficult to figure out who is doing it in the book.

This book was a very good book in general. Some parts were kind of confusing, but other parts were very well written. The author puts several different problems and they all get solved....in shocking ways!! Which make it a great book. I read this for summer reading. It was a fast book. I couldn't put it down. In one night....I read 60% of the book. Very good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

This is not a children's fiction book but it was listed as one. Besides that it is one of the very best books I ever read :D
