    Again just loved the book and I’m all about fitness and this was just awesome thank you again and I also listen to your podcast of the book which made it even better!

    I am down 25 lbs and have never felt better. All I do is listen to Vinnie and it all falls into place. I listen to the audiobook in my car, at the gym and on my bike…I got my wife onto his NSNG program and I even got my 80 year old inlaws to get on it...They are both diabetic… Thank You for writing the book…Ken P.

    I love this book. It made me laugh out loud while teaching me so much. Vinnie Tortorich does not sugar coat anything yet Is the sincerest 'I care about you and want you to succeed' kind of a guy. I have been dieting and counting calories for what seems like my whole life and nothing has really stuck. My life has been better since learning the real truth from Vinnie. Everyone needs to read this book!! This book is for the anyone wanting to learn the truth about health and fitness. It does not matter who you are you will learn something from reading this book and be entertained. This is not just a regular diet book, this is a story and you will walk away ready to make a life style change.

    I just want to say thank you for what you do. Being the guy who has struggled his whole life with gaining weight and watching what I eat, NSNG is the only way to eat. Vinnie you are doing so much good in the world, like millions of people out there I was doing what I was "supposed to do" but I still had my gut and still felt uncomfortable in my own skin. Thanks for being honest, thanks for letting us know that we are not broken and destined to be overweight. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and that light is Fitness Confidential. If you buy this book, listen to Vinnie's podcast and set up a consult your life will be changed and the weight will come off.

    I heard Vinnie on Adam Carolla show and must say this is a good read. It "cuts the crap" and tells both a life story with weight loss. Now to listen to the podcast

    Entertaining and informative. Really turned what I thought I knew about nutrition and flipped it on its head. Exposed a ton of myths about our food and what's "healthy".

    I completed four 200 mile bike rides in the California Triple Crown one year. Big Deal. Nothing compared to Vinny. As an airline pilot I see a lot of out of shape folks eating crap food, and I gained 60 pounds doing it myself. Lost my medical, and my job. My fault. Fast food is just trying to make a buck, that's fine. Do yourself a favor, get this book, read a little every day, think about it. Take it to heart, and it will change your life. Too many people taking pills for so many ailments that come from not following Vinny's advice, which is, "Cut the Crap". A great read, a fun book, and well written. Thanks Vinny and Dean.

    Like the title says this should be some sort of motivational book; bait and switch with a lot of missing info, after reading this you will feel fleeced if you know the basic info stressed in this book. Vinnie has some good advice but sadly all he does is make a ton of jokes with some personal storytelling(funny and interesting). He tells how he has been doing this for years(personal training), but never really gives you any real program structure. I mean he mentioned something about chest but it was so vague it was just disappointing, so he needs to clarify better maybe even extend into multiple chapters. He was in my head and I enjoyed this book but it left me wanting so much more, for example, he mentions a link to his YouTube channel but once you click the link or type it in(iBooks), there are no examples of how to do the workouts he's mentioned no actual pictures or videos. Try "Bigger Leaner Stronger" if you're already in shape or know intermediate level information. But if you are a beginner this book still sets you in the right direction like the info he provides about gyms, personal trainers, eating right(kinda but barely); pass and take my word on it. He has an App but sadly I'll have to pass, I'm really considering it but you have to pay to purchase it and only get one program free and have to pay for the rest, if it's anything like this book you won't get much from it. Hope this helps.
