Out of the Cage Kaiylah Muhammad read online review & book description:

Many people's minds live in cages. People are limited to what they will accept and are stuck in their way of thinking. Seeing what I've seen and overcoming all that I've overcome has allowed me to be more open minded and look at life from different angles. To be "Out of the Cage" means to think freely and openly without being limited by the invisible rules of society. This book contains thirty memoirs about the different demons we have within ourselves and how to deal with them.

I thought the book was very inspiring. It covered a lot of great topics, some that I haven't thought about for awhile or even at all. It really made me think about my life and what I can do to change for the better. It gave me a new perspective and advice that I will carry from now on. It also helped me reconnect with myself and God. I loved it!
  • Short and sweet

I loved the book! It was short and sweet straight to the point. But I wish she had of chose less subjects and went more in depth with certain topics. My fav was the first one (Mind over matter) because I struggle with overthinking. It was very inspirational and made me think a lot about my life and areas I need to work on.
